Meet Sara Pastoor, Au.D.

Sara has been a resident of North Carolina since relocating from Northern Virginia in 2007. She currently lives in Cary with her husband, daughter, and a Labrador Retriever named River. When Sara is not practicing audiology, you might find her rooting for her favorite sports teams, reading the latest thriller, or planning her next trip to Topsail Island.

Sara attended Radford University and received an undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She later earned a Doctor of Audiology degree from Towson University. Sara spent over 16 years working for the Duke University Health System. She also has experience working in the VA Healthcare System, as well as in ENT practice settings.

Sara holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists. Sara wants to help people find solutions that not only work for their hearing loss but also fits their lifestyle and unique communication needs.
